Ford Rally Team Turkey

Ford Rallye Sport Turkey 'signs up' with Rally Travel!

We are delighted to be providing travel arrangements to, amongst others in 2008, the official entries from Ford Rallye Sport Turkey. Hotel and other services will be supplied for the team on Rally Sardinia, Finland, Germany, Spain, and GB.

The team runs cars for several drivers including Burcu Çetinkaya (pictured right) who made history with co-driver Çiçek Güney by becoming the first all-female crew to win a round of the FSTi championship on the 2008 Rally Turkey.

Rally Travel selected as Fiesta Sporting Trophy partner

Rally Travel are now the official travel partner of the exciting new Fiesta Sporting Trophy running within the 2006 World Rally Championship JWRC series. More details of this new series can be found on the official website at www.fiestasportingtrophy.com

Rally Travel will be supplying hotel accommodation and other services to the teams on the Spain, Corsica, Sardinia, Germany, Finland and GB rallies.

MacHale Motorsport use Rally Travel for WRC Mexico

Congratulations to Gareth MacHale and Co-driver Paul Nagle who finished a superb 6th overall on the recent WRC Rally Mexico. The young Irish crew driving a Ford Focus WRC used Rally Travel for their arrangements in Mexico and joined our guests at the excellent Real di Minas Hotel, just opposite the rally service area & HQ, for the after rally celebrations!

Andrew Nesbitt chooses Rally Travel

Never one to do things by half, Andrew Nesbitt, one of Ireland's leading rally drivers, chose to use Rally Travel's services for entry into the 2004 Swedish Rally. Andrew was keen to ensure things went off without a hitch for his first WRC entry and was only too pleased to entrust travel arrangements and hotel accommodation for himself and his 20 strong team of supporters with ourselves.

Ford World Rally Team

Rally Travel's close relationship with M-Sport (the offical Ford World Rally Team) began with the Acropolis and Cyprus rallies in 2004 when the team took accommodation in Kamena Vourla and Limmasol respectively. The latter proved extremely popular with the team's technicians who appreciated the flexibility of the self-catering style accommodation during their lengthy stays in Cyprus.

Hyundai World Rally Team

The Hyundai World Rally Team was one of the first major WRC teams to use Rally Travel for their travel arrangements, and the relationship began with the provision of hotel accommodation for the Acropolis Rally in Greece, 2003. The team's requiements were for a hotel which would house the entire team including the 'works' drivers Armin Schwarz and Freddy Loix and stay within their strict budget guidelines. Our hotel in Kamena Vourla was perfect for the team, and was just a 30 minute drive from the service area in Lamia.
